Sharks Tooth Necklace

An approximately one inch sharks tooth dangles from Agate tube beads or hematite rondels. They measure 16 inches long with a one inch extender chain.
All three I found in the Charleston area.
Agate #1 is a small Angustidens sharks tooth that is 22-33 million years old. These sharks could be up to 36 feet long and fed on large mammals such as whales and seals. South Carolina was thought to be a nursery for their pups.
Agate #2 and the Hematite necklace are small megladon sharks teeth. 2.5 milllion to 17 million years old.
